NYE Ballito

Lazers, epic production, smoke effects and thumping tunes!  That’s how Ballito’s happy holiday-makers and residents welcomed in the New Year at G&G Productions’ annual NYE street party.  Thousands of party-goers flocked to Sandra Road from 6pm and by the time Veranda Panda came on at 8pm, the crowd was full and the Shap Shap was flowing.  Das Kapital and Kyle Worde got everyone going with their energetic sets with electronic DJ dual Goldfish welcoming in the New Year and knocking it out of the park with their stream of crowd-pleasing hits.  Pascal and Pearce followed and Royal K closed the dance floor at 3am.  With three additional dance floors to choose from, there were plenty of genres for revelers to choose from.

Now in its 11th year, the event has cemented its place as being one of the top NYE events in Africa and the pride of Durban’s North Coast.

Of course all great parties need great partners, so big ups to Shap Shap Crafted Premium Cider and Red Square Reload for the thirst-quenching fun.

Electric Summer 2015

3d360pro productions proudly announces the inaugural Electric Summer Music Festival, a one-day music experience powered by 5FM. Featuring an exciting line-up of international and local artists. Headlining at both the Johannesburg and Cape Town events is the Grammy-award winning UK-based band, Clean Bandit

The British collaborators shot to fame with their orchestral-led tracks ‘Rather Be’ and ‘Real Love,’ and have recently appeared at renowned events such as The Secret Garden Party, Bestival and Field Day. Their culture clash of bass, beats and soaring strings evokes the sounds of classic Massive Attack and Basement Jaxx, all with a brand new electro twist. Their debut release ‘Mozart’s House’ on their own label, Incredible Industries, achieved resounding support whilst their latest EP,‘A&E’ on Black Butter Records, has been a world-chart topper.

Electric Summer are also thrilled to announce SA’s most-loved Electronic DJ Duo, Goldfish, will be co-headlining along with Clean Bandit at this year’s festival.

Dominic Peters and David Poole have re-invented the very concept of what a DJ should be, taking their live performances to a whole new level. Their genre-defying live mix of sax, double bass, keyboard and pounding house beats have touched a nerve with audiences across the world. They will be joining Electric Summer to spread some musical love to their home crowds.

As a brand new edition to the South African Market, Electric Summer will push the boundaries, offering an eclectic mix of cutting edge production that is set to transform the stages of Cape Town’s Hamilton’s Club and Johannesburg’s Zoo Lake into a rockin’ Summer Music festival experience.

Joining the Electric summer team, Castle Lite Lime, the newest member of the Extra Cold family. We added a dash of lime flavour to South Africa’s favourite beer. Unlock Extra Cold Refreshment!

General Admission tickets for the 2015 festival are now available:

The 2015 lineup features national acts including 5fm Dj’s, PH Fat and Paul Bingham. More to be announced on our socials:
